A Tours offers far more interesting things than weekend trips to Vigan, it seems. I jumped on a chance to join their Paranormal Tour of Intramuros (which happened to be free at the time), one of the oldest and most historical cities in Manila. Being intuitive myself, I thought it would be cool to see what myself and other people could pick up during the 3-hour walk. I have never really been to Intramuros at night, and the old fort looked like a shadow of its former self in the moonlight.
Our guides are always available to us, ready to offer guidance and fulfill whatever requests me may have. We all have the ability to meet our angels and guides, but for a lot of people, there’s a lot of self-doubt and uncertainty to work through. You can schedule to meet up with Jammi for a one-on-one spirit team meeting or she can send you a PDF complete with images and about 3,000 words of clarity and guidance
Sandy isn’t a licensed psychiatrist, but a Soulcard reader, and a session with her always leaves me feeling a lot lighter than when I got there. Comforting and clarifying, she helped me move forward, out of my grief, and into something a lot more productive by laying out the possibilities of my future as well as roadblocks I would need to learn from in order for me to overcome them.
Whilst ringing in the Year of the Wood Sheep/Goat with lots of noise, auspicious food, and lots of joss sticks do help bring in good juju, the folks from The Mala Tree Crystal Shop help you keep that good luck and prosperity with you all year round with lucky gemstones – also a helpful Chinese tradition.
I’m shedding a tear (okay, a lot of tears) as the holidays are officially over and my unmitigated consumption of the three C’s (carbs, chocolate, and Chardonnay) has officially come to an end. Thankfully, before gorging on Christmas party/reunion food as well as all the edible presents, I made it a point to pay the fabulous Teresa Garcia a visit for a Weight Regulation Activation at Third Eye Wellness. Not only didn’t I gain a single pound, I seem to have lost some weight, so I can pretend that the last three weeks didn’t happen!
When I think about astral travel, I think about those stories of people who wake up half asleep and are jolted up to see themselves floating out of their bodies, staring down at their sleeping form, panicking and trying to get back into their bodies for fear of floating away and never getting to return. This was practically every story I would hear from friends who had accidentally experienced astral travel, from the odd bit of esoteric news I would read in the paper (compliments of Jaime Licauco), and from my research about the topic online. It scared the begeesus out of me – and learning how to astrally project was exactly what I would be learning during my Advanced Intuitive Awakening workshop at Mysterium Philippines over the weekend.
Many of us, at one point or another, feel a void, a need and desire for healing in our lives which may lead us to want to try alternative modalities such as yoga, pranic healing, chanting, and Transcendental Meditation. At least, this was true for me. I had studied everything from Theology to practicing life coaching in an attempt to help heal others whilst finding some sort of healing for myself. I have always felt that personal healing starts with helping others heal, and discovering the Level 1 Reiki Workshop held by Master-Teacher Sarah Salcedo-Rubin at Mysterium Philippines was a step in the right direction.
