A mind of clarity is a mind of action. Creative problem solving suddenly becomes easier when the mind is open to every solution and empowering concentration. – Faerie Reflections

It has all happened to us. There comes a time in our lives where we just feel so lost. We don’t know what to do with our life, what direction to take, and we can’t tell our heads from our elbows. But then something funny happens, and we meet someone or something happens, and its like the universe is conspiring to get you started on restarting your life, with a  new direction, new goals, and a new sense of well being that makes you excited to get up in the morning.

I had recently been going though such a phase and one of those people that just dropped into my life out ow nowhere is Tin Jacinto, a very talented Tarot and Oracle reader. I got an e-mail out of the blue from this lovely lady, offering to do a Clarity Reading. I had no idea what that was – but I felt it would be something I’d want to try – so I checked her site, Love Light Be, to find out what I was in for.

She came at the perfect time in my life, as I was feeling a bit low. Aside from the usual challenges life throws at us, I’ve been going through a quarter-life crisis of sorts, dreading the thought that I’d be turning the big 3-0 next year have been feeling a void, like I still have no real purpose in life. Although I have a lot of plans for the future in the pipeline, I’ve been feeling a little lost, which has led me to feel a bit depressed, not because I’m want for things, but because I feel like a huge spirit trapped in a small body (which, if you come to think about it, is true) and I’ve been feeling confined to working in such a small space when all I really want to do is stretch my wings and fly.

So that was what I needed some clarity on: What the heck am I to do at this point in my life?

One of the great conveniences about Tin’s Clarity Readings is that she can do it over e-mail, so there’s no need for having to meet up in person (and you don’t have to start bawling in the middle of Starbucks). Once you send her your question or problem, it’ll take her around two days to get back to you with a reading. She sends it via e-mail on PDF format with around 1,000 words minimum, all beautifully laid out with her reading and a short inspirational message.

Tin starts her readings by connecting to Reiki (universal life force energy) followed by a short meditation and calling in your spirit team and highest guidance as well as your inner self. After being filled with the spirit of love, Tin asks for clarity, wisdom, pure answers, and the right direction for you. Intuition and divine guidance then leads to the Oracle and Tarot decks, and she also uses one or two crystal stones to infuse the reading with a loving protection.

I was excited to find out the results of her reading and was pretty pleased with what I got. That void, that black hole I have in me, is just the beginning of creation, something my higher self is working on. So I’ll attribute this feeling of emptiness to growing pains. Grow already! The PDF Tin sends has two parts, with the second part being a little message from your guides. I teared up a bit when I read a message my dad had left me.

If this is something you find yourself wanting to try, all I ask is that you keep an open mind and not reject something outright because your religious background tells you to (without you getting to ask why). Your higher self is there knows all, sees all, and is our connection to our Creator – all they want to do is help you overcome and transcend your challenges here in one of the most difficult planets to reincarnate on. Personally, I found Tin’s candor and her reading quite uplifting. It took me a while for everything to sink in, and now I have a few follow up questions that I want to delve into with her at a later time.

If you’re looking for a little bit of clarity, drop Tin a line, say hello, and get a Clarity Reading ($35) done! She also delves into love and relationships, careers and passions, and life stuff as well if you’re interested! Thanks again, Tin! Not only do I have a new sense of direction (or not – I’m still in the middle of “hibernating”), but I also made a new friend!
